Nowaday,I become fat =.=
I wana keep fit,or I say to become have 'pack' ..
Nt 6 in 1 ^^
Gt wat method ??
I wana jogging everyday (Morning) ...
Bt,gt class =.=
Then I wan badminton every Saturday ...
Bt,nt every,due to my frenz busy ^^

Hard ..
LOL !!!
I onli noe hw to giv excuse ...
And dun wan face it !!!
Is a bad thing for me ...
I fear to facing problem ...
